Al Goanna Version 1 Series Concludes
The ever-popular Al Goanna series has completed the final drop of its version 1 product, meaning version 1 of the series has officially concluded. There are now 489 Al Goanna living in the ecosystem, with the project cumulatively attracting over 1.5 million ALGO in sales so far. During the version 1 drop, the project was also able to facilitate the planting of over 70,000 trees as well as support other charitable initiatives such as the Everglades Foundation. The project is set to launch version 2 in Q2 2022 with governance to begin in Q1.
Pixel Guys Series Experiences Promising Growth
The Pixel Guys series has continued a promising period of growth, shown in both their recent bank growth and shuffle. The Pixel Guys bank now holds over 5,000 Algo and 18 NFTs. Increased engagement with the project has also been seen in their fifth shuffle which had 1,126 entries. Overall, the project has also surpassed 100,000 ALGO in total sales with a record individual sale of 3,500 ALGO.
Zone Launch AFK Elephant NFT Giveaway Competition
GamerFi protocol Zone has recently announced a giveaway of AFK Elephant NFTs, offering one of three AFK Elephants or $1,000 to four winners. The AFK Elephant series contains 10,000 algorithmically generated NFTs with a unique set of traits for all. Pre-registration is now open on the AFK Elephants Discord channel. To enter the giveaway, users need to register via a gleam competition. The winners are set to be announced once the first batch of AFK Elephants goes live, which is rumored to be at the start of 2022.
Zestbloom Lowers Commission Rates and Is Set to Make Appearance at NFT Conference
After feedback from the Algorand community, the new NFT platform Zestbloom this week announced that it would be lowering its primary commission fee from 15% to 8%. In a statement on Twitter, the project confirmed the change was made to “do the right thing for our Algofam”. The project has also announced that it will be involved in the upcoming NFT Week Tokyo where it will host a booth. At the booth, eight NFTs will be available for purchase from both online and offline attendees.
