Zest Capital Acquire Rand Gallery
Popular Algorand based NFT based market place Rand Gallery has announced that it has been acquired by Distributed Finance, the parent company of Zest Capital. Up until the sale the platform well being run by a sole developer with the project now set to enjoy the support of a dedicated team. In a release discussing the acquisition Zest revealed that their immediate roadmap includes, “ecosystem integrations such as Pera Wallet and NFDomains and bringing back RandSwap to help collectors with P2P private sales.”
Australia Zoo & Meadow Labs Complete 2 Drop of Warrior Koalas
The second drop of Australia Zoo’s Warrior Koalas is now underway in partnership with Algorand based NFT studio Meadow Labs. The second drop will feature 1900 NFTs priced at AU$60 with 100% of proceeds going towards Wild Warriors conservation project and Australia Zoo. As part of the drop Australia Zoo’s own Robert Irwin took part in a special video thanking NFT holders for their support of the endangered Koala species by purchasing the NFTs.
Fracctal Tamers Enjoy Successful Week
The Fracctal Monsters project have enjoyed a successful week with the launch of their snip off Fracctal Tamers series. The spin-off collection is currently the bestselling of the week in Algorand. The main utility of the Fracctal Tamers series is to provide profile pictures for Fracctal Monsters players in the form of various "moster tamers". The Fracctal Monsters project is building an NFT based game that will allow users to acquire Monsters as NFTs and gradually evolve them through in game actions.
Alchemon Surpasses 1m ALGO in Total Sales Volume
The Alchemon NFT series has now officially surpassed the 1m ALGO mark in total sales volume on NFTexplorer becoming just the 6th ever project to do so. Alchemon is a monster-collecting NFT staking, crafting and trading card game on Algorand that allows users to evolve their monsters overtime. In reaching the in the 1m ALGO club Alchemon join elite company alongside Al Goanna, MNGO, Octorand, Crazy Goose Flock, and Flemish Giants.
Cosmic Champs Beta to Launch in September
Cosmic Champs have revealed that its eagerly anticipated Beta launch is set to place in September giving users their first chance to try out a version of their Algorand based NFT game. Cosmic Champs is set to be the first 3D real-time player to earn game on Algorand. Many of the game’s items will appear as NFTs including Champs, Ships, Planets, and Treasures. Players will also be able to utilize the $COSG token for staking, in game upgrades, and voting.
